Any appointment must be scheduled at least 4 days in advance to give us time to prepare.
If an emergency appointment is needed without the 4-day notice, we will do our best to accommodate it, but an emergency booking fee will be charged in addition to the service call price.

Small engine service calls are $95, covering our arrival and 30 minutes of diagnosis/repair. After the service call is completed, every hour after will be $95/hr.
After the service call, we will inform you whether we need additional time to diagnose or explain the required repairs, and how long it will take us to complete them, so you can decide whether you want to proceed.

Heavy Equipment service calls are $130, covering our arrival and 30 minutes of diagnosis/repair. After the service call is completed, every hour after will be $130.
